To celebrate the Taste of Tweed food festival, Fins will be hosting a special 4 course dinner ‘The Euphoria of Spice’.

Saffron and Spanner crab consomme
Sticky Bangalow Sweet pork braised in Chinese master stock, star anise, cinnamon and rice noodle
Mauritian style seafood chilli sambal with lotus rice, young coconut, green papaya
Chocolate and chilli bavarois with cardamom ice cream
