I’m proud to say that Fins is better than it has ever been!
Our food has taken an exciting, fastidious produce driven direction with my new Head Chef Dylan Cashman, while Sommelier and Manager Florent Elineau is heading a passionate and committed floor team. 21 years of ‘Chefs Hats’ is not an easy task and we are thrilled!
