For a bit of latest news… Team Fins headed to Sydney in late Feb 2024 as a part of the annual ‘bestest’ charity event.

25 of Australia’s ‘bestest’ chefs collaborate for one night only on the footsteps of the Opera House.

This year was our biggest to date, over $1.1 million dollars was raised for sick kids that slip through the cracks of support. Kids who need serious help.

The chefs, the waiters, the produce, wine, venue, equipment, location, EVERYTHING is donated.

We are so proud to be a part of this incredible event. A life changer.
